NOTE: When he touches on treating trigger points, he uses a pain scale from 1-10 (1=no pain, 10=unbearable pain). With trigger point therapy, you generally want to take a trigger point to a maximum of 8 on your pain scale before waiting for release – any more and you’ll be bracing against the pressure, too little and it won’t stimulate the muscle fibres to release.
